Where to park for Crosby beach?

Great choice—Crosby Beach is a stunning spot, especially if you’re heading there to see Antony Gormley’s “Another Place” sculptures. Here’s where you can park nearby:

🚗 Best Places to Park for Crosby Beach

🅿️ 1. Hall Road Car Park (L23 8SY)

  • Closest to the main beach entrance and sculptures
  • Free parking (as of the latest info)
  • Smallish car park—can fill up quickly on sunny days
  • Short walk to beach, toilets nearby

🅿️ 2. Burbo Bank Car Park (L23 6SX)

  • Right next to the beach and Antony Gormley statues
  • Great sea views from the car
  • Free or low-cost (subject to change—check signage)
  • Can get windy—be prepared!

🅿️ 3. Blundellsands & Crosby Station (L23 6TX)

  • Pay-and-display station car park
  • 10–15 minute walk to the beach
  • Ideal if you’re combining beach time with a train journey

🚶‍♂️ Walking Tips

  • The statues stretch almost 2 miles along the beach, so parking near either Burbo Bank (south end) or Hall Road (north end) gives you great access depending on which part you want to explore.

Things to Note

  • No parking on the beach itself (Crosby is not like Ainsdale or Southport)
  • No overnight stays or camping in the car parks
  • Check tide times before walking out to see the statues—some are far out and can get cut off by the incoming tide

🚂 Coming by Train?

  • Blundellsands & Crosby Station is the closest stop—around a 10-minute walk from the beach
